Chrissy combines her love for working with individuals and her passion for physical fitness to inspire each person on their journey to experience better health, increase fitness, and to improve their quality of life.


Chrissy's childhood training as a competitive figure skater planted the seed that grew into a passion for fitness. Through her love of physical activity and spending time in nature, Chrissy has developed a balanced, healthy and vibrant lifestyle that spills over into everything she does. Her combined enthusiasm for exercise and working with people led her to choose a career as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Unfranchise Owner.


Chrissy emphasizes functional exercises that train your body for your life. She endorses exercise as fun and accessible for everyone. Enjoying exercise at home, in your back yard or at the park makes living an active lifestyle easy. Chrissy recognizes the importance of core strength for a healthy active body and integrates Pilates as a perfect complement to an active lifestyle.


Having lived in four countries on three continents, she is always up for an adventure and will never turn down a challenge. Recently settling in North Vancouver, she is happy to call it her home and takes full advantage of Vancouver's climate and terrain. Chrissy maintains an active lifestyle by running, hiking, snowboarding, cross country skiing, skating, swimming, kayaking, and practicing Yoga and Pilates.

 

Credentials:
 4 Year Degree in Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiologist Certified
STOTT PILATES Certified Mat Instructor
Certificate in Gerontology
9 years experience in the Fitness Industry
Former competitive Figure Skater and Cross Country Runner

 

Chrissy works with people of all ages and fitness abilities. Goals may include:

Starting and Maintaining a regular exercise regime
