One On One Personal Training

Work towards achieving your fitness goals at the location of your choice, at a time that works for you. Your trainer will provide you with the tools you need to safely increase your fitness level.

Partner and Group Training

Pilates

Focus on your core. Your core muscles are the foundation of all your movements; they support your spine which houses your body's nerve highways. Strengthening your core muscles allows you to move more freely, stand taller and increases your performance in any activity you do.

Web Cam Training

You can live anywhere on the globe and still have a customized fitness plan and a trainer come to you in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a computer with an internet connection and a web camera. We'll take care of the rest.

Fitness Vacations

See and experience the city of Vancouver while keeping fit and active. Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure you can kick start your fitness rountine with a 5 day sightseeing boot camp, which includes; biking around Stanley Park, hiking up a North Shore mountain and doing yoga on the beach. Don't have 5 days? You can also customize your program and meet with your trainer for as many days as you like.
